About the Event
Dementia Care Warriors is joining the ladies of the Love Yourself, Take Care of Your Health wellness challenge this Saturday, April 2 for a 5K Fun Run/Walk! All proceeds from this event will benefit caregivers of loved ones with Alzheimer’s or related dementia!
The event will take place at Heritage Park in Glenn Heights, TX (400 E Bear Creek Rd) with registration beginning at 7:30AM and the race starting at 8AM.
With no winners or official times, this event is for everyone! Run, walk, skate, crawl….it’s up to you! No matter your current fitness level, come out and celebrate being your healthiest and best you!
