What can we learn when we listen directly to people living with dementia?
Join Dementia Care Warriors for a special Care Warrior Conversations virtual screening of That Was Then, This Is Now, a beautiful and inspiring documentary featuring members of Black Dementia Minds, a group of the National Council of Dementia Minds.
The film gives viewers an opportunity to hear directly from people living with dementia as they share their experiences, insights, challenges, and wisdom from their journeys.
Following the screening, we’ll continue the conversation live with members of the cast, giving attendees a unique opportunity to hear from and engage with voices that are too often missing from conversations about dementia care.
