The Dementia Care Warriors Caregiver Respite Scholarship programs provides short-term relief for primary caregivers of a loved one with Alzheimer's or related dementia. We have partnered with Fidelis Home Senior Care to provide this service to Dallas/Fort Worth area caregivers.
Scholarship Eligibility
1. Care recipient must be professionally diagnosed with Alzheimer's or related dementia.
2. Care recipient must live at home (and not in a care facility).
3. Caregiver and recipient must live in the Dallas/Fort Worth area.
4. A completed application must be submitted by the caregiver or on their behalf.
(Must meet all four requirements to qualify.)
Scholarships are awarded monthly.
Application Deadline: The last day of each month.
Please note: If you have applied for a scholarship in the last 60 days your application will roll over to the following month.
